Let's envision a luxurious apartment perched on the uppermost floors of a building with breathtaking views of the beach. This design project aimed to seamlessly blend elegance and comfort, and to achieve this, Somfy motorss controlled by Control4 were the chosen solution. The apartment's location, surrounded by balconies and offering sweeping ocean vistas, called for versatile and efficient curtain solutions. In the bedrooms, blackout curtains were installed to ensure a dark and restful environment, perfect for a good night's sleep. Meanwhile, in the common areas, curtains were deployed to provide shade, enabling residents to relish the spectacular beach views without the glare of the sun.

Residents could effortlessly manage lighting and privacy in each space through an automated system, allowing them to quickly tailor the ambiance to their preferences.
